Few weeks ago we have introduced “publish by email” - the easiest way to add new episodes to your podcast published on MyVocal.

How to do that?
1. Create an email with name of the new episode in Subject
2. Attach an mp3 file or just put enter text in the body of the email (text will be converted into speech)
3. Email it to login.pin.title_id@myvocal.com where “login” is your MyVocal login, “pin” is your pin-code (can be set up or modified in Settings) and “title_id” is the ID of the title assigned for any title which you publish.
4. In few minutes you will receive notification that your episode is published!

Important: make sure of course that you ARE the publisher (the owner) of the show, otherwise your email will be bounced back.

Like most of the media and web companies this season we are Twitter-minded. We thought we can help you guys bridge your Twitter and MyVocal universes. It works pretty simple - just activate Twitter integration (with your Twitter login and pass) in Configure and select one of two options - to twit each time you listen something or to post your “daily audio stream” - all stories you have listened in a given day.

Second thing which you may find useful is the MyVocal twitter-stream. Follow @myvocal to be informed about the content updates. But beware - there are A LOT of of updates every 20-30 minutes!

Build your Favorites selection on MyVocal and fetch your favorite content with any device - mp3 players, iPhone or ANY PHONE, even a fixed line!

How to add content to your favorites? Simple! First, you need to have a user account. When you sign in on www.myvocal.com you will see a content discovery page with your playlist and favorites on your right.

Just drag&drop any title into your favorites tree - system will automatically assign the shortcode which you can use to fetch corresponding channel when you dial into any of the access numbers.

My favorites, specifically, look like this:

With Favorites of MyVocal you can easily run through your favorite content: you can  either listen to your updates channel by channel, or simply look through a “meta-feed” of all recent stories. Here is how it looks on my iphone (iphone.myvocal.com):
